AFFILIATE AGREEMENT Introduction
By accepting the Terms and Conditions set out below, you agree to establish a commercial relationship between your website(s) and the Weltbet website. This relationship is based on the use of trackable promotional materials provided by us, in exchange for the agreed benefits under this Agreement.
1. SIGNING UP TO THE AFFILIATE PROGRAMME
To join the Weltbet Affiliate Programme, you must complete the online application form. All information provided must be accurate, truthful, and complete. Applications containing incorrect, incomplete, or misleading information may be rejected.
If your application is approved, you will receive a confirmation email to the address provided in your application, along with your unique username and password. These credentials are strictly personal and must not be shared with third parties. They grant access to your Affiliate Panel, including our promotional materials, reporting tools, and commission tracking.
We reserve the right to decline any application to the Programme at our sole discretion.
Employees of Weltbet, as well as their relatives, are strictly prohibited from participating in the Weltbet Affiliate Programme.
2. OUR RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS
Subject always to Clause 3.1:
We will register Customers and track their transactions. Once registered, a Customer becomes our client and is subject to all of our rules, policies, and operational procedures.
We will pay you Commission in accordance with Clause 4 of this Agreement.
We will make reasonable efforts to provide password-protected access to reporting tools showing Net Revenue generated by Customers.
We will make reasonable efforts to tag Visitor identities, record all bets and stakes placed by Customers, and maintain commission payment records.
IF YOU DO NOT ACCEPT THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, DO NOT DOWNLOAD OR USE ANY BANNER CODE, TEXT LINKS, PROMOTIONAL COPY, OR ANY OTHER INFORMATION RELATED TO WELTBET.
We reserve the right to terminate this Agreement immediately if we consider your website unsuitable. Unsuitable sites include, but are not limited to, those promoting sexually explicit content, violence, discrimination, illegal activities, material targeted to minors, or any content infringing intellectual property rights.
As a matter of policy, Weltbet will not accept affiliate applications where promotional activity or traffic originates from IP addresses located in the United States, Bulgaria, France, or Israel.
This Agreement contains all applicable terms governing participation in the Weltbet Affiliate Programme.
“You” or “Affiliate” refers to the individual or entity applying for participation and includes all employees, officers, directors, owners, and affiliated parties.
3. AFFILIATE RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS
Each Affiliate is permitted to operate one affiliate account only. Duplicate accounts will be closed at our discretion.
As an Affiliate, you are responsible for promoting Weltbet by implementing advertising materials, banners, and tracking URLs across your websites, emails, or other communication methods.
You agree to maintain correct and truthful contact information with Weltbet at all times.
You may display only content and marketing materials that have been pre-approved in writing by Weltbet. Content deemed unsuitable — including content targeting individuals under 18 — may result in immediate termination of this Agreement.
You are solely responsible, at your own expense, for the development, operation, and maintenance of your website and any content appearing on it. This includes ensuring content is lawful, non-libellous, and does not infringe third-party IP rights. Weltbet disclaims all liability for content on your website.
You agree to indemnify and hold Weltbet harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your website’s development, operation, maintenance, or content.
Affiliation Guidelines
Only approved and properly tagged creative materials supplied by us may be used. Any custom materials must be approved in writing.
You may not alter or repurpose any creative materials without our prior written consent. All IP notices must remain intact.
By joining the Programme, you agree to use banners, text, and promotional materials supplied by us on your website, email campaigns, direct marketing, or printed materials.
Promotional materials may not be used in unsolicited emails, unauthorized newsgroups, chat rooms, or via bots. Illegally generated traffic may result in termination.
We will terminate this Agreement immediately if you engage in spamming or discredit Weltbet through false or misleading advertising.
You may not make unauthorized claims or representations about Weltbet.
Only approved banners, links, and promotional materials may be used, and may not be altered.
You may not knowingly benefit from fraudulent, bad-faith, or illegitimate traffic. We may retract commissions related to such traffic at any time.
Affiliates may not play on any Weltbet brands via their own affiliate links or via links from associates sharing commission. Any such activity may result in voided play, forfeited commissions, and termination.
Affiliate Tagging
You are solely responsible for directing Customers to the Weltbet website using correct tracking links. If tracking links are improperly implemented, resulting Customers may not be assigned to your account.
4. COMMISSIONS AND PAYMENTS
Weltbet will pay commissions as defined in the Programme’s commission structure, provided the Affiliate maintains at least five (5) Active Wagering Members in any calendar month.
If no new Active Wagering Members are generated within six (6) consecutive months, your account may be terminated, and all accumulated commissions revoked.
Active Wagering Members are referrals who meet the minimum deposit thresholds:
€10 (e-wallets)
€25 (credit cards)
€100 (bank wires)
Commissions will be paid only if a minimum of five first-time depositors (FTDs) are acquired within the month. Months with fewer than five FTDs will not be paid.
Commissions are calculated monthly based on revenues generated during that month.
Commissionable Earnings equal Weltbet profit minus chargebacks, complimentary funds, bonuses, and incentives.
Chargebacks are deducted from your commission.
Negative balances caused by chargebacks must be recovered by future positive revenue.
Complimentary or free money credited to players is non-commissionable.
If you fail to meet the five-Active-Member requirement, Weltbet may, at its sole discretion, grant a two-month grace period. Commissions for the relevant period may be consolidated at Weltbet’s discretion.
Commissionable Earnings are subject to the prevailing commission structure.
Negative earnings carry forward to the next month. Payment is issued only when the balance becomes positive and exceeds:
€500 (crypto)
€1,000 (bank wires)
Commissionable Earnings apply to all transactions from your referred customers while you remain an active Affiliate.
High-Roller Policy
(Clauses a–f remain unchanged; rewritten professionally)
a) A “high-roller” is a player who generates at least €10,000 in negative net win in a month, where the Affiliate’s total monthly net win is negative €2,000 or more.
b) In such cases, the high-roller’s negative net win will carry forward and offset future net win from that same player.
c) The carried-forward amount cannot be offset against other players’ winnings.
d) The carried-forward amount cannot exceed the Affiliate’s total negative net win for the month.
e) If multiple high-rollers exist, negative balances are split proportionally.
f) The negative balance reduces only when that same player generates positive net win in future months.
5. TERMS APPLICABLE TO CPA / HYBRID DEALS
(Entire section rewritten clearly without altering meaning.)
Under a CPA Deal, you will receive a fixed amount for each Referred Player. No revenue-share applies. Weltbet may modify CPA terms at any time without notice.
Key CPA Conditions:
Each referred player generates a fixed CPA amount agreed individually with the Affiliate Manager.
Fraud, spam, and incentivized traffic are strictly prohibited.
Test cap: 20 FTDs — anything above requires approval.
Fraudulent activity results in immediate CPA suspension and account balance freeze.
Unapproved traffic sources will not be paid under CPA and may be moved to RevShare.
If more than 30% of players fail to make repeated deposits, or 30% of FTDs are minimum-deposit only, Weltbet may freeze or adjust payment terms.
Minimum CPA payout: 5 FTDs.
The first 50 Referred Players are a mandatory test phase; continuation is at Weltbet’s discretion.
Hybrid Deals contain elements of both CPA and Revenue Share under combined terms.
6. POLICIES & CONFIDENTIALITY
Weltbet retains ownership of all Customers upon first contact and reserves the right to refuse or close Customer accounts.
By opening an account, a Customer becomes subject to all Weltbet rules and policies.
Affiliates may receive confidential information during this Agreement. Such information must not be disclosed without prior written consent. Confidentiality obligations survive termination.
7. LIMITED LICENSE
(Polished but unchanged in meaning.)
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our trademarks solely to display approved banners on your site.
You may direct Customers to our sites but do not receive exclusive rights.
The license may not be transferred or sub-licensed. You must not challenge or undermine our trademark rights.
We may revoke this license at any time; it terminates automatically upon termination of this Agreement.
8. LEGAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Ownership and content of Weltbet websites remain our property and are not transferred to you.
You are solely responsible for your website.
You indemnify us against claims arising from your website’s development, content, or operation.
You are responsible for correct tagging to ensure customer tracking.
You must ensure our content is presented properly on your site.
You must ensure your content is lawful and non-infringing.
We may modify these Terms at any time; continued participation constitutes acceptance.
We do not tolerate spam; related costs may be deducted from your commissions.
9. MISCELLANEOUS
Polished text retained in full meaning, covering:
Assignability
Non-waiver
Remedies
Severability
10. TERM & TERMINATION
Polished version keeps all original points:
Agreement begins when you implement linking code.
Either party may terminate at any time via written notice (email accepted).
Upon termination, banners must be removed; all licenses end immediately.
You are entitled only to unpaid commissions earned before termination (except where terminated for breach).
Confidential information must be returned.
Termination does not dismiss pre-existing liability.

You and Weltbet are independent contractors. No partnership, employment, or agency relationship is created. You may not represent Weltbet in any capacity.
12. INDEMNITY
Section professionally rewritten — meaning unchanged.

15. INDEPENDENT INVESTIGATION
You acknowledge that you have read and agree to all terms. You understand that Weltbet may operate competing websites and may solicit customers independently.
